At Solo midocean we understand the importance of being able to offer an overnight personalisation service. Therefore, we have engineered our processes in such a way that orders are printed and shipped as fast as 24 hours from print proof approval, depending on the material being printed, the print technique used and quantity ordered.

Delivery transit times

The table below outlines the estimated transit times for stock products shipped from our production facility in Poland. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or remote delivery addresses.

Please note: Current courier delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change due to post Brexit border crossing changes and high volumes of shipments with the couriers. Solo midocean cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier. All orders for UK based distributors are delivered to the UK on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms UK VAT at 20% will be charged. This is beyond our control and details of TNT current service levels can be viewed on their web site.

Track and trace links

Below you can find links to the website of our 4 main forwarders. The tracking code of your order will be sent to your email address when your order is finished and handed over to that forwarder. If you have ordered “products from stock”, the tracking code will also be available in your “My Account” under the tab “Order history”.

Can I split the delivery address of an order?

Yes it is possible with a max of 5 addresses per order. But to place an order with multiple delivery addresses, you would need to contact your sales representative in the customer care team.

Do you offer fast delivery options?

We do offer air freight for most orders. However, orders that contain products that can not be delivered via air freight (due to safety reasons) are restricted to standard delivery.

Is it possible to add special handling labels at anytime?

Yes it is but only before order approval. Once an order has been approved it is not possible to add this service.
