What will you do?

As a Content Specialist & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) specialist, you are responsible for improving the conversion rates of our e-commerce platforms, optimising the webshop search functionality, and creating effective content for our B2B target audience. You collaborate with various departments to make data-driven decisions and ensure that content, search optimisation, and CRO initiatives contribute to more leads and revenue. This is an excellent role for someone with a few years of experience looking to grow in the world of e-commerce and conversion optimization, in a B2B environment.

Your responsibilities will include: 

 1. Content Management:

-  Write, edit, and optimise B2B-focused content (product descriptions, FAQs, landing pages)

-  Develop a content strategy aligned with conversion goals

- Collaborate with sales and marketing to communicate the right message 

 2. Webshop Search Optimisation (Algolia):

       - Optimise the search function to help customers quickly find products

     -  Analyse search data to improve functionality

     -   Work with developers to enhance configurations and test search algorithms

 3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

       - Analyze user behavior with tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar

     -  Implement A/B tests to boost conversions

     -   Collaborate with marketing and development to test and apply CRO improvements

4. Collaboration & Strategy:

       - Work closely with marketing and sales to support campaigns

     -  Stay updated on e-commerce, CRO, and B2B marketing trends

      -   Manage relationhips with external agencies for content and CRO projects

The team:

As a Content & CRO Specialist, you'll be part of the Digital Department, which is responsible for all customer solutions offered online, as well as CRM and customer APIs. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless integration between content strategies and business goals, driving impactful results together.

 

What we are looking for:

-          Intermediate vocational education (MBO+) or Bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in marketing, communication, or -ecommerce. Some legal knowledge is adventageous.

-          Proficiency in English for effective communication with international clients, colleagues, and partners. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

-          Basic knowledge of SEO and writing content for B2B markets.

-          Strong writing skills and the ability to make complex information accessible. 

-          Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into concrete action points. 

-          Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken) is essential, given our international client base. 

-          Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and consistently within estabilished guidelines and branding.
